m3fx have been producing digital imagery for the construction industry for the past 21 years. As part of our celebrations we exhibited ‘m3fx: Celebrating 21 years of evolution in Architectural Visualisation’ at the New London Architecture centre on Store Street in London. The exhibition was the first of its kind to be displayed at the NLA and showcased how the architectural visualisation industry has evolved over the last two decades. The interactive curation took visitors on a journey with retro, quirky and nostalgic elements, specially chosen to encourage interaction, education and fun. The evolution of architectural visualisation was explored through a range of techniques, from 1970’s view-masters, time lapse footage and slide projection to the Oculus Rift VR headset.

Giving something back to the local schools has been a delight

Local schools were specially invited to the exhibition to interact and engage and participate in a tailored educational learning programme to enable students to learn more about the visualisation industry.

We hope our exhibition has inspired the future generation of visualisers!
